The large-scale cathodic arc PVD coater designed by China Guangdong PVD Metallizer Co. can be manufactured in horizontal or vertical type with chamber size more than 2 meters in diameter, 5 meters in depth. Its inner mechanism has functions of rotation, revolution and forward & backward oscillation for substrate rack to realize three dimensional motion. Equipped with pumping group of high velocity, plus magnetron sputtering cathodes coupled with cathodic arc, it is available to achieve multi-functional PVD deposition, such as single-sided deposition and all-around coating on irregularly shaped substrates with high efficiency and low production cost.

The large-scale cathodic arc PVD coater can realize full automation in whole process under control of PLC “Mitsubishi” with color screen display and computerized interface and be extensively used in many industries.

Brief introduction:
The horizontal/vertical continuous magnetron sputtering AZO film coating line designed to be composed of 7 chambers, i.e. input chamber, fore-buffering transition chamber, fore-transmission chamber, Sputtering deposition chamber, post-transmission chamber, post buffering transition chamber, output chamber respectively. Two pairs of MF Si twin targets under PUC04 closed loop control to produce high-quality SiO2 isolated layer. Equipped with 10 pairs of AZO rotary target to realize high-quality AZO transparent conductive film, the machine line designed for substrate glass dimension 1100mm in width, 1400mm in length with production cycle optimized to 100-180 seconds. Furthermore, with turbo-pump group equipped for effective gas isolation in design, it obtains highly efficient isolation from contamination, stable pumping velocity and uniform distribution of operation gas.

6), Deposition technology: adopting ZnO doped Al ceramic target by reactive sputtering deposition technology;
7), Electric control system: It can realize full communications by operator to machine and necessary intervention to production process with alarm system and error display functions that help operators to run the machine in good order and remove troubles. 
8), Temperature control: Stainless steel armoured heating device equipped is able to realize max. temperature 350 degrees centigrade, adjustable within the range from ordinary temperature to 400 degrees centigrade with stability±5 degrees centigrade;

Panel de aislamiento al vacío (conocido como VIP en abreviatura) es un material de aislamiento térmico eficiente de nuevo desarrollo en los últimos años, con muy baja conductividad térmica.

Su estructura se compone de 3 partes como material de aislamiento en el núcleo, material de recogida de gas llamado Absorbente y paredes de membrana se utilizan para evitar que el aire entre en el panel denominado barrera. Se hace por el principio de aislamiento por vacío a través de gran alcance de evacuación con bombas de vacío para darse cuenta de la presión máxima de vacío interno para evitar la conducción térmico, que puede evitar efectivamente las tres formas como conducción, convección y radiación para lograr los propósitos de ahorro de energía y aislamiento térmico.

Panel de aislamiento al vacío, uno de los materiales de aislamiento al vacío de baja conductividad térmica y excelentes propiedades de aislamiento térmico y protección del medio ambiente, es actualmente productos de aislamiento más eficientes del mundo. Es un perfecto sustituto de material aislante tradicional y productos, ampliamente utilizados en refrigeradores, congeladores, calentadores de agua, contenedores refrigerados, materiales para fachadas o paredes exteriores de edificios. Linha de fabricação de silício amorfo de células solares fotovoltaicos é principalmente aplicável para a produção de chapa de vidro de grandes dimensões fotovoltaicos. Vidro comum Tomando como substrato passa por CVD ou PVD metalização processo para fazer a deposição de filmes condutores transparentes, através de PECVD para realizar vários filmes de silício amorfo, por pulverização catódica de metalização para atingir a película de alumínio ou AZO eletrodo.
