ITO Glass Coating Line
Using two epigyny computers and PLC systems to dynamic and display, alarm and print the important process parameters. Several optical inspected systems are connected to the computer. So the color and thickness of the film can be automatically controlled.
ITO Glass coating line:
This machine are available in coating clear electric conductive film on glass, for example, LCD, PDP display or OLED display, etc.
Using vacuum magnetron sputtering technology, dual cathodes, MF sputtering technology, international advanced control system to coat SiO2/ITO on the float glass. All the process are automatically controlled in series.

Important Parts: 1), Vacuum chamber: made of stainless steel, vertical type, water cooling outside the chamber wall with one stainless steel baffle set inside the chamber. 2), Vacuum system: diffusion pumps or turbo-pumps equipped.
Evaporation source: DC sputtering target, MF sputtering target on two side of chamber.
3), Substrate work-piece heating: using pipe type heater of stainless steel together with vapor chamber, so that the heating on glass can be even or uniform. 4), Gas Feeding system: MFC and Auto pressure control device equipped.
5), Electric control system: touch screen and PLC auto control system can display all the technical data by human-machine communication.
6), Water cooling system: Vacuum chamber cooling system and cathode cooling system with water pressure protection on-off switch and water flow on-off switch.
